We genuinely hope you are pleased with your items each time you visit Toussaint Natural Beauty. If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us and we will try our best to resolve any issues that occur.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade in small batches and 100% natural. Therefore the batches may have some variation, such as changes in color or texture. When shipping to warmer climates or during warmer seasons, some products may soften or melt in transit.
The quality of the products is not impacted by melting and can be used as intended. However, the consistency of the product(s) may change.
Damages: If you receive a damaged item such as a broken or tampered container, contact us immediately at info@toussaint10.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
R E F U N D S + E X C H A N G E S
Your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@toussaint10.com at any time if you are not pleased with your order. If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. In most cases, refunds are processed as store-credit or exchange due to the nature of our products. However, in rare cases, we may accommodate refunds based upon the nature of the issue. In order to receive a store-credit/monetary refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase. A photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to the courier.
Toussaint Natural Beauty is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Toussaint Natural Beauty.
SHIPPING POLICY
Because our products are created in small batches, please allow for 1-5 days for your order to ship. Currently, products are only shipped within the United States.
Items ordered and paid for will be shipped within five business days, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. We primarily ship through USPS (United States Postal Service). You will receive an email notification from us with tracking information once your order is shipped.
