  • What do I do if my product melted?
    Our hand crafted and homemade products like Chosen 10 and FertilizHair are made from oils and butters that are formulated to maintain a solid state at room temperature. Your product is packaged in glass or plastic jars that are sensitive to temperature changes. Therefore, during warmer weather some products may soften. The quality of the products is not impacted by melting and can be used as intended. However, the consistency may change. Below are tips to follow if your product has melted during transit. - During warmer weather it is best to refrigerate BEFORE opening the jars. If you open items, check if melting has occurred, they may spill out and make a mess! - Place it in the refrigerator. The product can remain in the refrigerator until it is solid or semi-solid. Optional: Checking every thirty minutes, lightly stir the product, mixing the oils together. Repeat until solid. Remove from the refrigerator. - Place it in the freezer. For a faster process, place the product in the freezer. Checking every thirty minutes, lightly stir the product, mixing the oils together. Repeat until solid. Remove from freezer.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    We accept accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as means of payment.
  • What are our products made of?
    All products are created with natural, plant-based ingredients and are purchased from companies that use natural materials to create the oils or creams. Toussaint Natural Beauty would like to emphasize that the products we create are homemade and handmade. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are not making any claim(s) that any item can "cure" any specific disease or ailment. - Please check the ingredients before purchasing for any sensitivities or allergies. - We recommend testing products on the inside of your wrist to prevent any reactions to the ingredients. - If you have any medical condition(s) and/or are taking any medication that may have an adverse reaction with any of the ingredients, please do not use the product. - All products include specific instructions for application.
  • Received a destroyed product?  What do I do?
    Please email us right away at info@toussaint10.com with a photo of the damaged product. To get our attention right away, please include in the subject line "Damaged Product". For more information please visit our Shipping & Returns page.
  • Have a question about shipping?  Or when will I receive my order?
    Items ordered and paid for will be shipped within five business days, unless otherwise noted. We primarily ship through USPS (United States Postal Service).
